The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Digimoments.co.uk. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are to give an approximate description of the goods.

Goods & their availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. In the event that we do not supply the goods you order for any reason, we will credit your account exactly same credit amount as you paid for the goods. We regrettably inform you that we will not be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Times & Charges

We will endeavour to deliver goods within 28 days of receipt of order, However, goods are subject to availability. The delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Digimoments aim for a speedy response time from the receipt of an order form. However, Any dates we specify for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges to the UK.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. In the event that supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase. In this very rare case we will inform you of the correct price and give you every opportunity to cancel the order.

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

Payment Methods

We require you to pay by cheque payable to Digimoments.

On ordering please print the order form and send payment with your order. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number. Incorrect information provided will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your cheque has been cleared. We cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take at least 10 days.

Risk

When the goods are delivered to your door you will be responsible for them. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. In the event that any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods are supplied, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Notification of Claims & Time Limitation

In the event goods are in a damaged condition it is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. We require you to return any such items in a pristine and saleable condition in their original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return.

On the receipt of the return goods and we find they are in a damaged or in any condition other than saleable, we will return them to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel may be revoked.
